Secondhand stores are so much fun, but sometimes it’s tiring to sort through all the racks to find a few gems. Wouldn’t it be great if someone picked out the very best stuff and presented it to you by size and style, like online stores do? Someone’s reading my mind: Twice!
It’s a new site we discovered — a virtual secondhand store that carries only the very best quality used (and new!) items in brands you already love. Check out that Aqua dress, pictured. It’s still available, new with tags, for just $56.
So how does it work? If you’re selling, you send in clothing (free shipping!) and Twice makes an offer based on what is sent. Then, they pay you right away (score) and list the clothes on the site for 70-90% off of the retail price. If you’re buying, you get free shipping if you spend more than $49. Also, unlike most secondhand stores, if you buy something you don’t like, you can return it within 30 days!
We love this idea. The inventory changes all the time, and right now some of the amazing items for sale include a cute Anthropologie sweater ($15), classic Levi’s jeans ($20) and an adorable strapless Kimchi Blue party dress ($23).
